This activity is designed for children between two and six years of age, as they can learn how to match objects to certain patterns better.

4. White Colored Paper: For covering the cardboard base completely with for forming a writeable surface on the cardboard base.

5. Lamination Sheets: Have the cardboard base that has been stuck with white paper and contains the matchstick shadow drawings laminated using lamination sheets for protecting it.

The Procedure for Preparing:

1. Prepare the cardboard base –

Keep a cardboard sheet ready for use as a cardboard base for this game activity. Make sure to draw the matchstick shadows in different directions with the markers.

2. Get the cardboard base laminated –

Use a lamination machine to laminate the complete cardboard base or get it laminated at a photocopy store with lamination sheets.

3. Ask your children to participate –

Encourage your children to match the matchsticks to their shadows according to their directions and patterns. The more they repeat this activity, the better their cognitive development will be.

4. Review and Repeat –
